Practicing Craniosacral Therapy in Exeter, East Devon, Mid Devon & Nottingham
Whilst looking for a way to deal with the chronic pain that I suffered after a series of accidents as a teenager, and having tried many different therapies, I came across Craniosacral Therapy. This proved to be life changing. It gave me insight into why I was still experiencing the effects of accident trauma years after the event and began the process of change.
I had already trained in massage and deep tissue bodywork but knew that this was what I wanted to do. I then went on to complete comprehensive
trainings with Bhadrena Tschumi in India (1993) and Franklyn Sills of the Karuna Institute, Devon UK (1998).
I have now been practicing Craniosacral Therapy for over 25 years in the UK and abroad and am a registered member (RCST) of the Craniosacral Therapy Association UK. I have also been involved in teaching and tutoring in India, Germany and the UK
I’ve worked with people of all ages, from babies a few days old to those in their eighties, who have come to see me for a wide variety of reasons. Over the years I have continued my education and learning, developing a wider and deeper understanding of the interconnections between our emotional, mental and physical health. This has enabled me to work more effectively with stress and trauma based issues.
